Nancy has always had a strong interest in sports and keeping her body strong and healthy.
Losing her dad on his 50th birthday to a sudden heart attack when she was only 14 changed her life forever. This forced her to have a greater awareness of what it meant to be healthy and felt nutrition played such an important role.
It was a natural progression from Nancy’s years of being a student of health, a top performing athlete and lacrosse coach to aligning herself with a company that shares her personal values and mission. Her lifetime passion for helping others improve their health through holistic measures became her career. By combining her knowledge of fitness with her expertise in nutrition and lifestyle, she is able to help her clients achieve success with their personal health goals.
Nancy, mother of 4 adventurous children, is the founder and former Varsity Coach for Golden High Women’s Lacrosse in Golden, CO and was awarded Coach of the Year 4 times during her career. Nancy and her husband Ted founded Lacrosse Outreach Foundation (LOF) in 1994, a non-profit organization providing programs and services geared towards getting and keeping young people involved in extracurricular activities, primarily lacrosse. Every June, LOF hosts The Rocky Mountain Lacrosse Jamboree, the largest 3 day lacrosse tournament in the world. Nancy and Ted are the first and only couple inducted into the Colorado Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2007.
Nancy feels her business provides her with a community of like-minded individuals who are committed to improving the quality of people’s lives through education, inspiration, leadership and empowerment. It is very rewarding to work with individuals to help them recognize and develop their own potential in the areas of health, finance, business and personal development.
